Welcome! 

“Malama” is the Hawaiian translation for “to take care of”, “nurture” and “honor”.  I chose this name because the care of my clients is first and foremost; there is a trust and respect built over time nurturing these wonderful connections.  I was blessed to live on the beautiful island of Maui for 27 years and I am forever grateful and honor the many teachers and Kupuna (elders) that helped shape the therapist I am today.  

In March 2001, I graduated from the Maui Academy of Healing Arts.  I then worked over 18 years at two of the top luxury resort spa’s in Wailea, HI and have always been a highly requested therapist with return guests.

Being closer to family inspired my 2018 move to the Portland area where I worked at a lovely, local spa for a few years.

January 2021…     I am excited to share my private massage suite located at the LifeQual Center in Beaverton, Oregon.  My love of massage, my strong but nurturing touch and my beautiful tropical themed room will help “transport” you to the islands, if only for an hour or two.   Aloha!
